The Wawbeek Lodge

Our recipe for unparalleled New England summers.

The House

The Lodge is a traditional shingle-style lake house that has been lovingly maintained by four generations of the same New England family. With eight-bedrooms, a 45-foot wrap-around lakefront screened porch, and thirteen sunny, many-windowed rooms that capture lake breezes, the Lodge accommodates sixteen very comfortably and is perfect for large family or group gatherings. the property

The Lodge is situated on a one and a half acre property composed of shady woods, rolling green lawns, professionally-maintained perennial gardens, and a lovingly manicured gravel drive. The property fronts a low-traffic area of Lake Winnipesaukee, creating the perfect setting for quiet, lazy afternoons soundtracked by the gentle lapping of water on the rocky shore. A highlight of the property is its breathtaking lakefront views, capturing Gunstock Mountain to the southeast and regal Castle in the Clouds, picturesque Melvin Village, and the commanding Ossipee Mountains caldera to the northwest. And of course, the spectacular sunsets the Lakes Region is famous for.
